What is Wellness Coaching?
Coaching is not therapy, which digs into various issues usually dealing with the past, but is more action-oriented and focuses primarily on the present and future. As your coach I enable you to determine your own “answers” through the work done in our coaching partnership. I am part sounding board and part strategist.
Living a life with a healthy, balanced diet, and participating in activities that contribute to your physical health is essential to wellness. We must do our best to help our bodies thrive in an environment that is loaded with toxins and chemicals that wreak havoc on our systems. I will help you identify ways to bring healing and restoration to your body.
Being balanced emotionally and mentally, having healthy relationships with yourself and others, and being passionate about life is vital to your well-being. Whatever is going on in the soul affects the body and the spirit. We will look at possible obstacles and barriers keeping you from living your best life.
Success in another aspect of wellness, which looks different for every person. Whether it’s a career change, reaching a financial goal, or achieving your greatest desire, I will help bridge the gap to cross over to your area of success. We will identify any hidden gifts and talents you have to offer the world, to help you live a life of purpose. We will navigate those transitional waters together.
