You may ask, what is the meaning of ‘Wai of life?’ In the Hawaiian language the word “Wai” means Water; consequently “Wai of Life” translates to “Waters of Life” or “Living Waters”.  Wai of Life Coaching™  was founded upon the principle that when the body, soul, and spirit are whole and balanced; a harmonious symphony is created allowing you to thrive in life. During a two month retreat in Hawaii, I was surrounded by nature and all of its beauty.

Traveling through the rainforest with fruit trees, and winding vines of plants, herbs, and flowers was remarkable. Exploring the endless waterfalls,  black sand beaches, volcanic rock, and lava caves was breath taking.  Marveling at the ocean waves, lush mountains, sunsets, and quiet streams; the inspiration was overwhelming. There is so much available within nature that often gets overlooked due to our modernized culture.

Being a strong advocate for achieving health through the most authentic way possible, our desire is to help identify ways to take care of every part of you so that you can be your best! We strive to reach others and bring the things of nature back to the center of our health and to show others that there are alternatives to healthy living.
